Magnetic Resonance, SignaCreator

Orienda International Hospital prides itself on its cutting-edge technologies and world-class quality diagnostic images. The GE SIGNA Creator has been developed to deliver a high-quality image over a larger FOV (Field of View) compared to most MR (Magnetic Resonance) Systems. It has the OpTix Optical RF technology which offers high-quality analog-to-digital signal conversion and can provide a gain of SN (Signal-to-Noise Ratio) of up to 27% compared to other MR Systems. Other advantages consist of:

1) Needle-free applications – enable our clinicians to perform MR scans as non-invasive as possible. It removes the need for invasive needles, in contrast, to deliver a more comfortable exam experience for our patients.

2) Motion-free Applications- enable consistent scans for patients. It helps address and overcomes the challenge of our clinicians linked with the movement of our patients during MRI Exams, especially for our geriatric and pediatric patients.

3) Volume applications – the SIGNA Creator has multiple 3D Volume applications, which enable our clinician to acquire high-resolution images. The 3D Volume applications allow the rapid volume imaging of thin contiguous slices with high SNR (Signal-Noise Ratio) without crosstalk interference.

CT, Revolution Maxima

Orienda International Hospital has the goal of bringing innovative solutions and transforming the entire CT experience. We understand the emphasis on how we get to the appropriate image is just as integral to the quality of our patient care as the images themselves. The Revolution Maxima‘s AI-based Auto positioning eliminates the possibility of our patients being mispositioned. Thereby, eliminating the risk that may lead up to a 38 percent increase in dose, and up to a 22 percent increase in image noise. Its Xtream camera uses real-time depth-sensing technology to generate a 3D model of the patient’s body. It then uses the deep learning algorithm to pinpoint the center of the scan range and automatically aligns it to the isocenter of the bore. GE’s proprietary dose reduction software, ASiR-V is an advanced noise and object modeling reconstruction software, that allows our clinicians to acquire images with up to 82% less dose compared to filtered back projection image reconstruction.
