counseling, to eligible individuals at congregate sites.

service is for both ambulatory
(walk-in) patients and patients in the hospital
(indoor).Nutrition department of the hospital works
closely to educate, counsel and
support patients who need to change their eating
habits in order to improve their health condition. Our
approach is holistic and
involves not only the patients but also their families.
*A physician referral is not required for individual
outpatient nutrition
counseling. Medical nutritional therapy is available
